These terms and conditions apply to any use of www.learn-with-jen.com and all transactions by any customers on this website. Please take time to read these carefully and it may be useful for you to print these off for future reference. By making any payment with Learn with Jen you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this website. Physical Products
Delivery Charge:
We currently offer 3 delivery options:
1) £3.00 for standard 2nd class Royal Mail Delivery.
2) £4.00 for standard 1st class Royal Mail Delivery.
3) £5.00 for Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for.
We appreciate that the items are not high value and therefore offer the lower delivery rates, we do not however take responsibility for lost or undelivered items as there is an option for signed for delivery, if you wish to ensure that your delivery gets to you. However, if you do not receive your item please contact us via the above email and we will do our best to support you in finding the item, though cannot guarantee it.
Returns Policy:
You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of receipt If the product is not suitable please send us a message and ensure all items remain unused and intact.
All orders are wrapped and packed with reasonable care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition however, in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty you must contact us immediately. Once a return has been agreed we would expect the products to be returned in any original packaging.
The cost of returning any unwanted product for an exchange or a refund will be at your charge except for damaged or faulty goods.
A refund will not include the original postage paid unless the item was damaged or faulty.
Please allow up to 5-7 working days for your order to arrive when you using standard delivery.
Please note most of our products are sent through Royal Mail 1st Class and these parcels will need to be signed for. We take no responsibility for goods that were signed for and not received by the person who placed the order with Learn with Jen.

Copyright
We control the copyright and other intellectual property rights in Learn with Jen's activity books/journals. We retain all ownership of the copyright of the Learn with Jen activity books/journals in their original form purchased by you. If we see you have photocopied our product with a third party or used it for commercial use rather than personal use, we reserve the right to claim compensation for such unauthorized use.
Digital Products
Delivery:
When a digital product is purchased, the file is delivered to the customer as soon as the payment is received.

Immediate payment received: As soon as the online payment is received (e.g. credit card, PayPal, etc.), a confirmation email is sent to the customer with a download link. The link also appears on the Thank You page.

Delayed payment: When payment does not arrive immediately (e.g. manual payment or echeck), a download link is not included in the confirmation email. After the payment is received and the seller must manually mark the order as Paid, (this will therefore not happen instantly) a second email is sent to your customer with the download link.
Returns Policy:
Due to digital products being immediately accessible upon purchase, no refunds of any fees or other amounts paid by the customer in connection with the Product will be allowed under any circumstances. The company ensures every effort is made to ensure the product is accurate and fit for use by the customer. However, it takes no responsibility whatsoever for the product's suitability. It provides no warranties as to the function or use of the product, whether express, implied or statutory, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The customer agrees to indemnify the Company against all liabilities, claims, demands, expenses, actions, costs, damages, or losses arising from the customer's breach of these terms and conditions. If you find a problem, or mistake in the item you have purchased, please raise this via the email at the top of the page within 14 days of purchase, and allow 7 days for the item to be updated and re-sent.
